R. H. Murphy Co. holds the following Patents for Matrix Tray design:
Japan Patent No. 2,852,872 Korea Patent No. 166,983 Malaysia Patent No. MY-112372-A Philippine Patent No. 1-1994-48864 Singapore Patent No. 69064 Taiwan Patent No. 070,913 U.K. Patent No. 2,282,798B

R. H. Murphy Co. has adopted a policy of licensing the patents for it's BGA Tray design. Current licensees include:

Dainippon Ink & Chemicals, Inc. (DIC) - Tokyo, Japan DIC has an Exclusive License in Japan and has the right to grant sublicenses to other manufacturers in Japan. Sublicensees are granted worldwide patent rights.
DIC sublicensees include: DAIWA Corp. DENKA INOAK Corp. MINERON Corp. NISSEN Chemicals TOKYO Inks TOYO Jyushi Ltd. UNITECHNO Inc.
Chyang Yeou Enterprise Co., Ltd. - Taiwan Worldwide Patent rights.
Hwa Shu Enterprise Co., Ltd. - Taiwan Worldwide Patent rights.
Illinois Tool Works Inc. (ITW) - Malaysia Worldwide Patent rights.
Micro Silicon Electronics Corporation - Taiwan Worldwide Patent rights.
Sunrise Plastics Industry - Taiwan Worldwide Patent rights.
Texchem Engineering Plastics Sdn. Bhd. - Penang, Malaysia Worldwide Patent rights, except for Japan.
