Choose from our wide selection of existing custom designed JEDEC thick and thin outline trays. If a new tray
design is required we provide expert design services and offer several options for tray tooling that range
from building a complete new mold to making new cavity inserts for an existing mold. See the list below for

Universal Machined Tray System Provides Quick Turn Around
Can't find a standard molded tray for your QFP or other unique package and you need one fast? Take a look at our
Universal Machined Tray system. This system provides quick turn around on the design and production of small quantities
of custom trays. Utilizing our standard molded tray blanks, we will CNC mill the trays to a specific configuration
to handle your package. Our 10 Pocket Tray will handle package body sizes up to 1.75" square
and our 40 Pocket Tray will handle package body sizes up to .75" square.
We use the right materials for the job
At R.H. Murphy Co., we know just how crucial selecting the right material is, and all of our trays are available
in a variety of materials to satisfy your process requirements. High-temperature burn-in trays are made from PES
with carbon fiber. Our low-cost shipping trays are composed of ABS with glass fiber, and are antistatic coated.
Also available are low temperature trays made from ABS with carbon fiber for permanent antistatic properties.
All designs reflect our 'no compromises' approach to quality, ensuring consistent performance and longevity.
Standard-compliant design
Where appropriate, our QFP Trays incorporate JEDEC Standards
to ensure smooth operation in automated environments. In today's world of precision oriented automatic
manufacturing, tray products from R.H. Murphy Co. are part of the solution, not part of the problem.
